Terms of service

These terms apply when you use proofmere.com and buy or use any Proofmere product. Proofmere is a business name of {{LEGAL_NAME}}, ABN {{ABN}}, of {{ADDRESS}} ("Proofmere", "we", "us"). By taking the quiz, buying a plan or using the members' page, you agree to these terms.

1. What Proofmere provides

Proofmere provides online training that teaches professionals to use AI tools in their daily work. We currently serve administrative professionals and real estate agents. Our products are:

• Proofmere Plan (subscription): an AI Readiness Report, a personalised 28-day plan, a week-four proof project, access to the AI coach on your members' page, and weekly lessons by email.
• Proofmere Prompt Pack ($9 USD, one-time): a library of 50+ prompts written for your role and organised by task.
• Proofmere AI Toolkit ($49 USD, one-time): templates, step-by-step workflows and quick-reference guides for your role.

Your report and plan are generated automatically from your quiz answers using AI and our library of exercises. All products are digital and delivered by email and through your members' page.

2. Payments and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where it applies.

3. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

• Monthly plan: $19 USD for your first 4 weeks, then $29 USD per month.
• Annual plan: $149 USD per year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you bought, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance if a price changes.
• We email you at least 3 days before your first $29 monthly charge.
• You can cancel at any time in one click from your members' page or from the link in any of our emails. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that apply to you.

5. Your account and your answers

You must be 18 or older to buy. Please give accurate quiz answers so your plan fits your work. Keep access to your members' page to yourself; plans are for one person.

6. Using AI tools at work

Proofmere teaches general skills. You are responsible for following your employer's or brokerage's policies on AI tools and on confidential information, and any rules that apply to your profession, such as real estate advertising laws. Do not put confidential, personal or client information into any AI tool your employer has not approved. Always check AI-generated work before you use it.

7. What we don't promise

Proofmere is educational. We do not guarantee any job, promotion, pay rise, hours saved or other outcome. The AI Exposure Score and time-back figures are estimates based on your answers, not predictions about your job. AI output, including from our coach, can contain mistakes.

8. Our content

All Proofmere content, including the plans, prompts, toolkit and website, is owned by us or our licensors. You may use it for your own work and learning. You may not resell, republish or share it with people who have not bought it.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, including by trying to access other people's accounts, overloading the AI coach, or using it for anything unlawful.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not exclude any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. This does not remove any protection given to you by the consumer laws of the place where you live.
