Privacy policy

This policy explains how Proofmere, a business name of {{LEGAL_NAME}}, ABN {{ABN}} ("we"), collects and uses your personal information. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and, where they apply to you, the EU and UK GDPR and US state privacy laws.
What we collect
- Quiz answers: your role, tasks, tools, experience with AI, goals, time available, preferences and age range.
- Contact details: your first name and email address.
- Purchase details: what you bought and your subscription status. Payment card details are collected and held by Paddle, not by us.
- Coach conversations: the questions you ask the AI coach and its answers.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools, including Meta's advertising pixel.
How we use it
- To generate and deliver your report, plan, lessons and coach answers.
- To process your order and manage your subscription, with Paddle.
- To send service emails, such as your plan, lessons and renewal reminders.
- To send marketing emails, only where you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve our website, quiz and ads.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Proofmere:

Some of these providers are located outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We only use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to Australian law. We do not allow our AI provider to use your information to train its models.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your plan is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, tax records). Quiz answers from people who do not buy are deleted after 12 months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing admin@proofmere.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any email, and control cookies in your browser. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, contact us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or your local data protection authority.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't enter confidential work information into the quiz or the coach.
Children
Proofmere is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
